Cancellation policy: Moderate

Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. After that, the first night isn't refunded and the other nights are refunded 50%.

Any booking made at least 7 days before check-in can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

Cleaning and pet fees are always refunded if you cancel before check-in, with their taxes.

Changes to your trip

You can change your dates or number of guests from your account before check-in. If the new total is higher you pay the difference; if it's lower, the difference is refunded as the cancellation policy allows.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card used to pay. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Each booking keeps the policy that was in place when it was made.
